Yashar leader Gadi Eisenkot told Channel 12 that Ra'am would not be part of any government he heads.
He said joining required recognising Israel as Jewish and democratic, the values of the Declaration of Independence, compulsory service and Hamas as a terror group, and that Ra'am does not meet them.
Ra'am's Yoav Segalovitz answered that there will be no Eisenkot government without Ra'am. The Times of Israel reported on 21 October that Eisenkot repeated he would not align with any Arab party.
