Ayman Saif, chairman of Hasoub, said at the organisation's annual conference that Arab citizens remain under 2% of the roughly 400,000 hi-tech employees in Israel.
Hasoub works with entrepreneurs, Arab investors and university students. Saif said the number of Arab tech founders and investors has grown, but called for partners to open jobs, companies and funding.
