The Taub Center found that about 420,000 votes in 2022, around 8.8% and close to ten seats, went to parties that missed the 3.25% threshold.
About 155,000 valid votes were enough to pass in 2022. With eligible voters up from about 6.789 million to about 7.561 million, a list may need about 171,000 votes at 70% turnout, 183,000 at 75% and 195,000 at 80%.
