Mousa Yousef al-Jabour, 26, was shot inside a house in Rahat on Saturday 10 October, then taken out to the street, shot again and run over, according to published accounts.

Police said they were examining whether the killing grew out of a quarrel over a parking spot days earlier between two families. A suspect was arrested.

Residents of Neighbourhood 25 had lived through days of gunfire. Schools moved children into shelters and protected rooms, and police said they had raided compounds in neighbourhoods 24, 25 and 27.

He was the 183rd person counted by the Abraham Initiatives this year, against 197 at the same point in 2025.
