The Central District Court in Lod sentenced her paternal half-brother, about 14 and a half at the time, to 22 years and a cousin, about 15 and a half, to 17 years for aggravated murder. Her father got 15 years for aiding the murder.
The three must pay more than NIS 300,000 to her children. Prosecutors said she was killed because she and her sisters backed their mother in refusing to return to live with the father's family in Hura.
According to the indictment, the two minors waited masked outside her home and stabbed her about 20 times as she walked her children, aged four and five, to kindergarten. Her unborn baby also died.
