Albania has finalised its agreement to join the International Stabilisation Force in Gaza, with liaison officers expected in November, while a planned ISF base near the yellow line remains on hold.

Albania has completed its participation agreement with the International Stabilisation Force (ISF), and its liaison officers are expected in November, The Times of Israel reported on 26 October.

Kosovo's defence ministry said its explosive ordnance disposal team would deploy once the ISF is ready to receive it.

Up to 500 Moroccan personnel began ISF-led training in Morocco around late August, a Board of Peace official told The Times of Israel, as reported by The New Arab on 20 October. The official could not confirm the training was complete.

A proposed ISF base near the yellow line, intended for about 150 personnel, is on hold because of Israel, the official said.

Morocco said in February it would join the force, the first Arab country to do so publicly. Kazakhstan has also agreed to contribute.
