Court blocks state money for settler group's planned heritage centre in Silwan
The court found the settler organisation's aims conflicted with those of the endowment that owns the property, whose mission is helping the needy.
A Jerusalem court blocked the transfer of millions of shekels from Israel's Heritage Ministry to Ateret Cohanim for a planned Jewish heritage centre in Silwan, Haaretz reported.
Haaretz reported on 19 October that the ruling was issued the previous week.
Ateret Cohanim works to settle Jews in Palestinian neighbourhoods of East Jerusalem.
The report did not give the exact sum involved.
